Abdorreza received his M.S.C. degree in communication Engineering from Faculty of Engineering of the Urmia University of Iran, in 2004, under the supervision of Professor Changiz Ghobadi. Prior to that, he received his bachelor in electrical engineering in from Ferdowsi university of Mashhad. Abdorreza was a member of the project Safe Cities – Inovação para Construir Cidades Seguras, with the reference POCI-01-0247-FEDER-041435, co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), through the Operational Programme for Competitiveness and Internationalization (COMPETE 2020), under the PORTUGAL 2020 Partnership Agreement.
